What each service includes

  • Registered Nurse: Clinical nursing care, including wound care, medication management, palliative care, health assessments and care coordination.

  • Personal Care Assistant:  Support with showering, dressing, grooming, mobility and other personal care needs.

  • Dementia Support: Specialised care and companionship for people living with dementia, delivered by trained carers.

  • Domestic Assistance: Cleaning, laundry, linen changes and general household tasks.

  • Social Support: Companionship visits, outings and activities that support wellbeing and social connection.

  • Direct Transport:  Accompanied transport to medical appointments, shopping and community activities.

Overnight Care:

Sleepover support is available from $450 to $900 per night, depending on the day of service.

Funding options:

Our services may be accessed privately or, where eligible, through government-funded aged care programs. Our team can explain the options available to you and help you understand how your care may be funded.
